Homily from the Sixth Sunday of Easter.

Most of us think that we matter, but very few of us actually live as our life is important. We waste time on relationships that won’t last. We spend ourselves managing other people’s perception of us rather than pursue excellence. And we care more about our own fame than God’s glory. In this one life that we have been given, you have been chosen to bear a different kind of fruit…the kind that will last.
