Please Note: there will only be Masses during the University of Minnesota – Duluth academic year.
Daily Mass (Academic Year)
We have Daily Mass at the Newman house at 421 W St Marie Street. The house is on the other side of the parking lot from the UMD Library.

Tuesday | 5:30 PM at Newman House
Wednesday | 7:00 PM at Newman House
Thursday | 5:30 PM – Mass and Meal at Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary
Friday | 12:05 PM at Newman House

Yes, we do. You can subscribe to the Sundays With Ascension YouTube Channel and you’ll get alerts on when Mass will begin. Or you can come back here on our website on Sunday mornings and we’ll have the live-stream Mass at the top of this page.
What if I haven’t been to Mass in a while?

- Monday: 8:00am Mass at Newman
- Tuesday: 7:50am-5:30pm Adoration at Newman, 5:30pm Mass at Newman
- Wednesday: 7:50am-7:00pm Adoration at Newman, 7:00pm Mass at Newman
- Thursday: 7:50am-5:00pm Adoration at Newman, 5:30pm Mass & Meal at Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary
- Friday: 8:00am-12:05pm Adoration at Newman, 12:05pm Mass at Newman
- Sunday: 10:30am Mass at Kirby Ballroom, 6:00pm Mass at Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary
*Masses are open to visitors and Fr. Mike is the presider on Sunday Masses.
*Confessions will be held 30 minutes before daily Mass and 45 minutes before Sunday Mass.
Please Note: there will be no 10:30am Mass Labor Day or UMD Fall Break. The 6pm Mass will continue.
