Experience The Prodigal Son Retreat: A Three-Day Spiritual Journey for Adults with Father Mike Schmitz

Join us for The Prodigal Son Retreat—a three-day opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and enter into a space of rest, reflection, and renewal. Led by Father Mike Schmitz and the ministry of bulldogCatholic, this retreat will walk through the parable of the Prodigal Son from Luke 15, offering a chance to encounter God’s mercy, grace, and boundless love in a new and deeply personal way.

This retreat is hosted in Duluth, Minnesota—the heart of Father Mike’s ministry, where he records his videos, hosts livestreamed Masses, and serves the University of Minnesota Duluth community. It’s a place where faith and community come together, offering a unique backdrop for your spiritual journey.

Our venue, Pier B Resort, provides a serene setting on the shores of Lake Superior. Guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor lakeside patio with a fire pit, perfect for evening reflections and fellowship. By April, Duluth will be in the midst of the spring season, offering a peaceful atmosphere that will be ideal for contemplation. The city’s natural beauty and the resort’s comfortable accommodations create a welcoming environment for your retreat experience.

There will also be an opportunity to hear about Fr. Mike’s next big project: the Seeds of Faith Campaign.
