Summer in Duluth is coming to a close, which means our students are returning! One of the busiest and most exciting seasons of the year is right around the corner, fall outreach season! We can’t wait to welcome new students, reconnect with familiar faces, and see all that God has in store for this year at bulldogCatholic. Your generous support makes it all possible!

With a new academic year comes a new FOCUS Missionary Team. These missionaries live life alongside our students, helping them make God the center of their lives.

Summer Voyage Nights

We recently wrapped up our Summer Voyage Nights. It was a blessed time of gathering in faith and fellowship! Our final Voyage Night ended with a Spikeball Tournament, pictured here are our two winners celebrating at Love Creamery!

Our first event of the year is Sunday, August 30th. We are beyond thrilled to welcome all new students and reconnect with our returning students. Some of our events include a Chicken Party, Spikeball & Watermelon Tournament, Bingo Singo, and our First Timer’s retreat.

Fr. Mike’s Parables Tour

You may have seen Fr. Mike’s Parables Tour making its way across the country, and even across the globe! We are excited to announce that we have a few dates scheduled closer to home.

Join us for a 90-minute talk rooted in Scripture and filled with engaging stories that connect faith to everyday life. All proceeds from the tour go to the new Newman Center building project.

Support the Ministry!

Your generosity helps us offer retreats, outreach events, daily sacraments, annual conferences, and more to college students in the Duluth area. Each of these events work as a bridge to offer the truth of the Gospel message to young adults. Thank you for making that possible!

Another way to support us is through your prayers. Here are some of our intentions we are offering for our ministry this month:

  • For all new and returning students, that they may transition well into a new academic year.
  • For our student missionaries as they invite students to participate in a Bible study.
  • For all students attending our outreach events, that they come to know that they are seen, known, and loved.
