Homily from the Fifteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time.

“Think about how debilitating it is to walk through life that way: needing the training wheels every step along the way, needing to have some kind of insurance every day that things will be okay, versus the joy and the freedom of being able to race through life without training wheels, without insurance, but a life based upon the joy of knowing that you have the assurance of a God who sends you out into life and says, ‘Go out. I will be there every step of the way.'”
