What do you like about the community at Newman?
“Newman has provided me an opportunity to encounter the Lord through authentic friendships. These friendships have allowed for me to know the Lord in a way that has transformed my life. Encountering the Lord has allowed me to know my worth which has developed more confidence in all areas of my life.”
Why should other students at UMD come to an event?
“I encourage others to become involved in this community to have an opportunity to be grounded by a group of individuals that live to serve one another and strive towards sainthood.”
What advice would you give Catholic high school seniors who are anxious about college next year?
“My advice to high school seniors is to find your identity in the Lord. Know that you are a child of God and the Lord is constantly showering you with unconditional love.”
